The day’s readings were from Exodus 30 in the morning, and Galatians 1 in the evening.
Although the morning reading deals with the outward practices that were to be involved in the worship of God in the Tent of Meeting that Moses was commanded to build, they speak to us today of our own spiritual discipline. It provokes the question as to how we are to keep our lives as pure Temples of the Living God? You can hear the message here: Keeping the sanctuary pure.
In the evening we looked at the way Paul addressed the problem of Phariseeism in the Churches in Galatia by drawing on his own testimony. One thing is sure, we do best when we ourselves are Speaking from experience.
